Make difficult decisions in days
Teams sometimes need help to get things done quickly. That’s where Sprints come in. Sprints are structured facilitated workshops that condense months of work into a few days delivering practical solutions.
We offer 2 Sprints
- Design Sprint – the original sprint developed in 2010 by Googe to accelerate the development of new products and services in 5 days. Our lead facilitator, Edyta Jaworek was trained to facilitate Design Sprints while working for Google in the USA, Edyta is one of the leading facilitators in the world.
- Decision Sprint – we’ve adapted Google’s original design sprint methodology to tackle people and process challenges in 1-3 days.

During the workshop our facilitator guides your team through the process and external experts bring fresh perspectives to spark innovative solutions.
We’ve combined Google’s Design Sprint, lean techniques, and 100 years’ business experience to create these highly effective improvement tools.
The outcome of the Sprint can be a prioritised list of actions, a project plan, a new product or whatever you need to make rapid progress.
Each Sprint is customised and we can address just about any issue. With a minimal time commitment and affordable fixed prices, it’s a cost-effective and low-risk way to tackle high-stakes challenges.
High impact and low risk
“Working together without distractions was very effective.”
Expert facilitation and a distraction-free environment enables your team to achieve significant outcomes with minimal disruption. We don’t recycle old solutions; we help you create new ones. You get an instant boost for a fixed price and when we’ve finished, we’ll leave.
- Unique process with a stellar pedigree.
- Expert facilitation by Google-trained professionals.
- Access to external subject matter experts for fresh insights.
- Customised Sprint tailored to your needs.
- Fixed pricing for transparency and predictability.

We designed the process to be fast and flexible so we can address any issue in any situation.
In the Analyse phase of a project our co-founders assess the complexity of the challenge you’re facing and the outcomes that you want. This dictates the agenda and participants for the face-to-face Sprint.
Practicalities
Decision Sprints last for 1, 2 or 3 days and address process and people challenges. For new products and services, we recommend a Design Sprint that is extended to 5 days to include prototyping and user testing of new products and services.
We offer 3 tiers that allow you to use external subject matter experts in the most useful way:
- Clarity – Facilitated Sprint. No external experts needed.
- Insight – Facilitated Sprint + remote interviews with external expert(s).
- Expert – Facilitated Sprint + external expert(s) in the room.
Several days after a Sprint we hold a reflective debrief to discuss what happened during the Sprint, discuss the agreed next steps and formally hand the plan to your team.
